So the worldwide success gave us ideas ! And so, in 2018, a new leisure space opens in Arras. But it’s not just any old space ! Some spaces were dedicated solely to children, others solely to adults. So the idea was to dedicate a place where children and adults could rub shoulders and even play together ! The Escape Game concept in Arras, called Le Chemin de Traverse was born.

Where is the Harry Potter Escape Game in Arras?
The concept was first launched on rue du Général Barbot in Arras. But given the interest it generated, the creators decided to open a second space on rue Roger Salengro. The two locations are just 5 minutes apart. Easy to find in downtown Arras. Also keen to adapt to the business environment, and above all to continue having fun with a new clientele, Chemin de Traverse has created “team building” Escape Games, again with a Harry Potter theme.
Going one step further, and in response to customer demand, the Le Chemin de Traverse concept has continued its investigation to create a mobile Escape Game. This allows, for example, leisure centers or companies to stay on their premises. This can facilitate organization, particularly in terms of travel. Indeed, contacting a transport company and planning a trip is more complex for leisure centers or schools. Similarly, company employees sometimes prefer to get together at their own premises for a professional leisure activity.
Harry Potter Escape Game in Arras: what can you expect?
Are you a fan of the Harry Potter film series and want to spend some quality time with family and friends ? At Chemin de Traverse in Arras, you can get carried away by this universe as a 3rd grader at the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You’ll be in the shoes of Simon Locke, who can’t go back to his dormitory because he’s lost his password and rival families have stolen a magical object you might need… Too bad for a wizard ! As with all Escape Game games (there are variations on the original!), you’ll have one hour to complete the challenge, and not just any challenge. Of course, if you want to have fun playing and finding puzzles, you’ll have to go to a room called the Artifacts Room, where everything is artificial, as the name suggests. No wonder, this is a world of magic ! In this room, you’re in for a real treat. Everything is sublime, breathtaking ! A lot of attention has been paid to detail, just like in the movies or in the descriptions of books you may have read. The puzzles are very well thought out. You’ll enjoy a truly immersive experience – that’s the power of the Harry Potter Escape Game at Hogwarts…in Arras !
For this Escape Game, you can form a team of 3 to 6 players, which makes life practical. You’ll need to let the organizers know if there are children and adults, as this will be a “Family” Escape Game, where clues can be given out a little more easily if required. If the group is made up of children only, an adult should be present with them, so the challenge can be even simpler.
